Hibiscus Cooler (Mocktail)
Hibiscus Honeycomb is the perfect mixture of floral, spice and fruit goodness. So refreshing with a complexity of flavor that's a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Perfectly Cordial Hibiscus Honeycomb Cordial
- 1 bottle All Natural Ginger Beer
- Fresh Lime
To serve
Fill an 8oz glass with ice. Add Perfectly Cordial Hibiscus Honeycomb Cordial and top with ginger beer. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime wedge into the glass and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh mint and live your best life.
Perfect tips
Shake your Perfectly Cordial well before using. It's fruit first, so a lot of the fruit will settle to the bottom (we use real ingredients around here).
It's important that you use REAL ginger beer. A lot of commercial products contain very little ginger and a lot of added sugar. This will coat the tongue and hide all of the wonderful flavors.
Rocks glass or Margarita glass. A straw and a smile.
